Stock procedures

To change an address, or to designate or change an account for dividend deposits, shareholders with accounts at securities companies are asked to contact the securities company in question.
Shareholders with no account at a securities company or other institution are asked to contact Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Ltd., which is Earth Corporation’s shareholder registry administrator.
To ensure that shareholders receive dividends promptly and accurately, we recommend deposits to an account at a bank or other institution that handles dividend payments.
